Members Terms and Rules

Members of AsianMall.com are given special privileges, such as free AsianMall.com email/ access to chats, forums, message boards/ access to interactive features including but not limited to- music downloads, videos, online games, and software. To use these features as a member also means you have to abide by strict, enforced rules at AsianMall.com. By using the Service, you agree to be legally bound and to abide by the Terms of Service, just as if you had signed this Agreement. If you do not comply and/or continue to comply with theTerms of Service, AsianMall.com may terminate your right to access the service.

AsianMall.com can terminate or modify any aspect of the membership features, including, but not limited to, (a) limiting the accessibility of the features for certain platforms and operating systems, (b) limiting the times the features are available, (c) limiting the amount of use allowed, and (d) limiting or terminating any member's right to use the features, at AsianMall.com's sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold AsianMall.com, its partners, agents, affiliates and content partners free of responsibility from any dispute that may arise from a breach of terms of this agreement. You agree to hold AsianMall.com free of responsibility from any claims and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs related to any member's violation of this agreement including the terms of service or any content placed on the features by you.

• All content, including text, logos, buttons, images, audio, and software is property of AsianMall.com and its content suppliers and merchant listings; none may be used without written consent.
• All rights protected by Domestic and International Laws
• The grouping, collection, and assembly of all content and information is the property of AsianMall.com
• Reproductions, conveyance, distribution, display, republication of any content without strict consent from Asianmall.com is prohibited
• You will not abuse your exclusive AsianMall.com membership account by transmitting slanderous, degrading, inflammatory, hurtful, threatening, stalking, SPAM, chain-letter, vulgar, or pornographic messages and/or images to others via your AsianMall Email or Forums.
• You are prohibited form using your Asianmall.com email to sell or promote personal or outside business not associated with AsianMall.com
• You may not use your AsianMall.com email to sell government secrets to foreign countries, and other acts detrimental to any governmental establishment
• You may not use your AsianMall.com email to violate anyone's rights and intellectual property
• You may not use your AsianMall.com email to engage in illegal transaction acts against county, city, state, and Federal law.
• We are not responsible for any damages incurred from any viruses transmitted through your AsianMall email or forums.
• You may not conduct personal business transactions on any message boards, or chatrooms.
• We reserve the right to take down any postings we feel offensive or rude at our own discretion.
• Members who don't abide by these rules will be suspended.
• Sample MP3s are copyrighted property of respective artists and companies - unauthorized copying and distribution of such is against the law and prohibited by Asianmall.com and its content provider.
• AsianMall.com holds the sole discretion of changing and editing member terms and rules anytime

Merchant Terms and Rules

Merchants who list with AsianMall.com has to agree understand and agree to some basic guidelines before listing with AsianMall.com. We expect to keep this a family-friendly site. We will evaluate all requests for a listing with AsianMall.com, before we post it. We will not post any pornographic sites, or any other sites advocating violence, degradation, or prejudice towards others, for any reason. We have the right to refuse a listing to anyone, at our judgement, for whatever reason.

We also scrutinize your company very carefully. We will check with the appropriate authorities to see if your company has engaged in any unscrupulous activity. Any reports of excessive consumer negative feedback will result in us not accepting your request for a listing. AsianMall.com customers trust us to provide them with the very best service and support.

We are interested in doing business with a wide variety of merchants. But in order to create a viable online community with the same goals and purposes, rules and restrictions have to be engaged. Be sure to review in full the terms and conditions summarized below.

• Not, now, but in the future, we will have a hit-tracking service for our merchants.
• There are no refunds given after the listing has goes live on AsianMall.com
• We reserve the right to edit and change your listing description as we see fit.
• We reserve the right to terminate your account at our own discretion.
• If an account is terminated, appropriate refund will be issued back.
• Allow a couple of days for your listings to appear.
• AsianMall.com holds the sole discretion of changing and editing merchant terms and rules anytime
