Head to Submit a business. It’s free. Every submission is personally reviewed and qualifying businesses are added within a few days. We check the address against Google Maps to confirm it’s a real place.

Open the listing and use Claim this business, or start from For Business. Once we verify ownership, you can edit details, respond to reviews, and post updates from your dashboard.

Try the password reset and check spam. If you signed up with Google, use the Continue with Google button rather than a password. Still stuck? Send us a note via feedback and we’ll sort it out.

Anyone with an account can leave a review or add photos on a listing. We don’t use fabricated ratings. Every rating you see comes from real first-party reviews. New listings show “be the first to review” until they have one.

They’re different. ✓ Verified means our team confirmed specific details of the business; it’s never for sale. Member is reserved for a possible future paid program and is not currently available. It would not be a factual verification. Badges like ❤️ Community Favorite and 📍 Local Favorite are earned automatically from real ratings and visits. Payment will never buy better reviews or ranking.

Yes. AsianMall is free during Early Access. We may introduce optional paid features later. We’ll show the price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before anyone purchases.

Please use the report form. It routes urgent issues (including non-consensual imagery) to us directly, separate from general feedback.
